Trip to Madisonville Jan 7-8, 08

· The trip was great.  The winds were in our favor both ways.  On Saturday the winds were out of the East and we made the bridge in just under 2 hours.  After passing the bridge it was a sweet sail to Madisonville.  We sailed all the way to the bridge and docked at the local peer.  The winds died to nothing that night which made for a peaceful night.  The sail back was slower that getting here.  I we averaged about 3 to 4 mph to the bridge.  But once past we had a good SE wind that got us home in about 2 hours.

· Yellow is the going to the Tchefuncta.

· Red it the return to Mandeville.
